William is Stronachs’ Company Registrar and, among other responsibilities, runs the Company Registrar’s department.  With a keen interest in company law, he is responsible for company incorporations, tailoring of companies, compliance matters, Companies House queries and assisting Solicitors in the production of ancillary paperwork for corporate and commercial transactions.

He qualified as a Paralegal in Company and Commercial Law in 2006 from University of Strathclyde, and is a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Paralegal.
